The Endermologie LPG treatment head is equipped with two rollers, both motorized, which roll and unroll a fold of tissue, kneading and massaging the tissue. Between the rollers is a suction chamber, which applies variable suction to this fold of tissue, increasing blood supply to the area. By manipulating the treatment head in various maneuvers, the skin and subcutaneous fat cell layer are mobilized and blood circulation is restored. Lymphatic drainage helps eliminate metabolic toxins from the tissues.

The increase in available oxygen triggers the body's normal fat removal process and the fat cells begin to shrink. The connective tissue walls are slightly stretched, which encourages fibrous tissue cells to produce higher quality collagen and elastin, which tones and firms the body.
