What can cause fine lines and wrinkles?

Stress causes the formation of a greater quantity of free radicals in our body, it is therefore also responsible for the premature aging of cells.

A person's lack of hydration causes their skin to dehydrate, which becomes less rounded and more fragile, giving way to fine lines and wrinkles.

Finally, lack of sleep, like stress, causes the formation of a greater quantity of free radicals in our body leading to premature aging of cells.

The most important internal factors are natural (genetically determined) cellular aging, oxidative stress and hormonal aging.

Natural cellular aging occurs over time, our body's skin maintenance mechanisms change. This means that the rate of cell renewal slows down, the activity of the sebaceous and sweat glands decreases, and the skin loses elasticity. So the skin regenerates less quickly, is less hydrated and nourished and less tight, which gives way to fine lines and wrinkles.
